Vera is a designer, sculptor, and conceptual artist from Spain,  that moves comfortably around traditional and innovative materials.  

She worked in the Spanish Film Industry in the Art Department, from 1994 to 2005, and went to Art School from 2008 to 2014, in the United States.

Vera earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts,  majoring in Sculpture, with concentration in Interior Design, from Ohio University, in 2012, and she earned a Master of Fine Arts,  in Visual Art, from Claremont Graduate University, in 2014, in Claremont, California.

Influenced by Land Art, Installation, and the sculptural works based on Social Practice, and due to her genuine environmental awareness, Vera has worked as eco-friendly landscaper, transforming laws into drought tolerant gardens, using soil, rocks, water and plants as her art materials to create beautiful eco-friendly gardens and landscapes.

Vera lives with her family in Spain, where she has developed a sustainable garden for children, The Kids’ Organic Garden, a place to expose kids to nature, gardening and English language, as a response for the needs of our times.

Vera is willing to accept national and international commissions to expand her work and contribute to make a better world.
